OH NO, WE SUCK AGAIN! Week 8 saw a 1-2 record, and the one that hurts the most is UCLA. I really thought the trends were working in our favor, and Kelly would come in with a game plan against first-year head coach Dan Lanning, but Bo Nix proved too formidable. Ole Miss was outclassed, and I may have to adjust to thinking that LSU is… good? The show must go on; week 9 awaits.

This line opened at Wazzu +8.5, and the books have obviously taken on Cougar money. As mentioned in the early lines podcast, the trends here back up Washington State as they play up at home, and Utah is a mess on the road. The Utah defense allows 0.452 points per play outside of Salt Lake City, which is a mark outside the top 100 in the nation.
