1. Agreement to Terms

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refund Policy

  • Account Registration: To access our proprietary tools, rankings, ADP data, and projections, you must create an account powered by PaidMembershipPro and maintain an active subscription.
  • Recurring Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Campus2Canton LLC to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel.
  • Refund Policy: All subscription payments, pre-orders, and digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Campus2Canton LLC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis. Any refund issued in one instance does not obligate the Company to provide a refund in any future instance.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles, but you will retain access to the platform through the end of your current prepaid billing period.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Data Usage

  • Our Proprietary Content: The layout, formulas, visual design, custom rankings, projections, and proprietary algorithms hosted on Campus2Canton.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Campus2Canton LLC.
  • Third-Party Data: Raw statistics and historical sports metrics used within our tools are provided under license or purchase from third-party data providers. Third-party raw data is attributed where appropriate, and Campus2Canton LLC makes no claim of exclusive ownership over raw, underlying statistical facts.
  • Permitted Use & Exports: Members in good standing are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, interact with, and manually export rankings, tools, and projections for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Prohibition on Scraping and Commercialization:
    • You are strictly prohibited from reselling, licensing, redistributing, or commercializing any data, tools, rankings, or projections exported from Campus2Canton.com.
    • Automated Scraping Ban: You agree not to use any bot, spider, scraper, automated script, data mining tool, or data extraction method to access, query, copy, or index any portion of the Site or its underlying databases. Violations will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund and potential legal action.

4. Disclaimers & Advice Warning

  • Entertainment Purposes Only: All content, rankings, projections, ADP data, and tools provided on Campus2Canton.com are intended strictly for informational and entertainment purposes (such as fantasy sports analysis).
  • No Financial or Betting Advice: The content on the Site does not constitute financial, legal, or sports betting advice. Campus2Canton LLC is not responsible for any fantasy league results, wagering losses, or decisions made based on the data provided on the Site.
  • Warranty Disclaimer: The Site and all data are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, raw third-party data or projections may contain technical errors or omissions.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach these Terms, participate in unauthorized web scraping, share account login credentials with third parties, or engage in abusive behavior toward our community or brand.

6. Third-Party Communities (Discord)

Campus2Canton LLC provides access to a Discord server for members. Conduct on Discord is subject to Discord’s Terms of Service as well as Campus2Canton community rules. We reserve the right to remove members from the Discord server for inappropriate conduct at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus2Canton LLC, its officers, members, employees, or agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on site data, or inability to access our services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction thereof.
