Best Draft Classes so Far:
Kansas City Chiefs
WR Xavier Worthy, Texas

OT Kingsley Suamataia, BYU
While it hurts that they didn’t have a third-round pick, the Chiefs address their biggest need at Wide Receiver with the record-breaking Worthy. Suamataia is a project, but with some pieces at the bookends that can hold down the fort, he can be afforded some time to develop the technique to be a high-end starter in the near future.
Los Angeles Chargers
OT Joe Alt, Notre Dame
WR Ladd McConkey, Georgia
LB Junior Colson, Michigan
Many lamented the Chargers going for a blocker instead of a receiving weapon in Round 1. Jim Harbaugh and Joe Horitz responded by picking the happy-feet McConkey, providing something that the Chargers haven’t given Herbert before. Harbaugh also went and got one of his former Wolverines, Junior Colson, the top Linebacker on the Campus2Canton Big Board.
Pittsburgh Steelers
OT Troy Fautanu, Washington
C Zach Frazier, West Virginia
WR Roman Wilson, Michigan

LB Payton Wilson, NC State
The Steelers have gone from a middling Offensive Line to one of the most exciting in the league. Fautanu and Frazier have contrasting playstyles, but both should hold down major roles for the team in 2023. Frazier especially should sell quite a few jerseys in Pittsburgh, as his tough, blue-collar approach will endear him to fans. The Steelers staff talked about how good of a blocker Roman Wilson is, so it might be a bit hasty to buy into him as a fantasy asset. Wilson’s all-around skillset should serve him well and complement Pickens well. Payton Wilson may be made of cotton candy, but if he can stay remotely healthy, he should be fairly productive and provide a spark to the defense.
