According to multiple reports, Texas running back CJ Baxter will miss the 2024 season with a knee injury. Baxter suffered the injury in yesterday’s practice and was scheduled for an MRI today.
With Baxter out for the season, the Longhorns will turn to the remaining members of the running back room including junior Jaydon Blue, sophomore Tre Wisner, and freshmen Christian Clark and Jerrick Gibson.
