It’s LaNorris Sellers’ time in Columbia. Shane Beamer has named Sellers the starting quarterback, and the true sophomore takes the reigns. Sellers is named the starter over Auburn transfer Robby Ashford per David Cloninger with The Post and Courier.
Sellers is a long-time Campus2Canton favorite and blends athleticism with arm talent better than almost anyone in college football. He gets the opportunity to showcase his talents week one against Old Diminion.
Currently, Sellers is ranked QB8 in Campus2Canton’s rankings and has significantly risen throughout the offseason. Now officially the starter, expect the high ranking to pay off in 2024.
