An exciting development out of Iowa: redshirt freshman Kamari Moulton is listed atop the depth chart. Moulton, who played in four games last season, had a strong camp. He beats out both Leshon Williams and Kaleb Johnson, two players with significant experience.
Moulton is likely the lead in a committee, given how Iowa has approached the position in recent years. However, with Tim Lester joining as offensive coordinator, there’s hope this offense improves.
Moulton is not ranked at Campus2Canton, but his backfield mate, Kaleb Johnson, is RB103. Right now, there is not a path forward to significant upside in season-long leagues. Keep an eye on this situation.
