Bryce Underwood, the top overall player in the 2025 recruiting class, has flipped his commitment from LSU to Michigan. Underwood had been commited to the Tigers since January of this year and had remained steadfast in his choice to attend LSU, despite reports to the contrary.
Underwood threw for over 2,000 yards and rushed for another 500 this year for Belleville High School, which is located roughly 30 minutes from Ann Arbor.
The fallout from this move could be significant. Top skill players tend to follow quarterbacks, so watch out for Michigan to flip some other key offensive players. There may also be coaching staff changes at both Michigan and LSU based on this news.
