The NFL Season is here, but weβve been in it all year long. As Dynasty players, the season never really ends. But keeping up with the fluctuations week-to-week can help you gain an advantage. Thatβs the point of the stock watchβto process what we see on the field and apply it to players whose value is rising and whose value is taking a hit. Those fluctuations can help guide your management decisions as you shape your Dynasty roster for the long haul.
Week 13 is in the books; letβs look at what we learned. Weβll look at one player at QB, RB, WR, and TE whose value improved and one whose value took a hit. Letβs dive in.
Quarterbacks
Stock Up: Bryce Young, Carolina Panthers

About: Young had a dreadful start to the season. That led to him getting benched in Week 3. But he returned to the starting lineup in Denver on October 27. The Panthers are just 2-3 in his five starts since returning to the lineup, but Young has six touchdowns to three interceptions and has improved his yardage totals and completion percentage. Heβs looking more like a starter and could be part of the long-term answer for the Panthers and your fantasy roster.
Stock Down: Kirk Cousins, Atlanta Falcons
About: When Cousins signed with the Falcons, there was a lot of optimism about how it would change the team and impact their run to the playoffs. The Falcons were sitting at 6-3 and looking good. Theyβve since lost three straight, with Cousins tossing six interceptions and no touchdowns in that stretch. Cousins has not only struggled for the Falcons but heβs also been a detriment to fantasy lineups for teams making a stretch run toward the playoffs.
Running Backs
Stock Up: Rico Dowdle, Dallas Cowboys
About: It hasnβt been a great season for the Cowboys, but they may have found a running back in Dowdle. In a two-game winning streak, the Cowboys have fed Dowdle 41 carries, and heβs responded with 198 rushing yards. Heβs also been a boon to fantasy lineups, looking like a great flex option for stretch runs toward the post-season.
Stock Down: Travis Etienne, Jacksonville Jaguars
About: Itβs been a rough go for Etienne this season. The Jaguars picked up his fifth-year option but havenβt seen much of a return in a dreadful fourth season. He hasnβt had 50 yards or more rushing since September and only has two games total this season with more than 50 yards. Heβs not even worth a consistent starting spot in fantasy, which makes it fair to question his long-term value as the Jaguars likely look toward some organizational changes in 2025.
Wide Receivers
Stock Up: Keenan Allen, Chicago Bears

About: The Bears havenβt won many games recently, but the offense has picked up the past three games. A big beneficiary of that is the veteran Allen. He has had 14 receptions and three touchdowns in the past two games and is moving back into must-start territory for fantasy. Now might also be an excellent time for a rebuilding squad to move Allen for a haul to a team making a playoff run.
Stock Down: Quentin Johnston, Los Angeles Chargers
About: Johnston has something of a doomed rookie year. His second year started better, and he has had some good moments. But, of late, Johnston has struggled again. Last week, he had some dreadful drops and went without a catch on five targets. Sunday, he had just two receptions for 12 yards. Heβs not a reliable fantasy option at this point, and itβs fair to wonder if the Chargers will upgrade the position this off-season.
Tight Ends
Stock Up: Theo Johnson, New York Giants
About: Itβs not been a great season for the Giants, who now have a very unsettled situation at quarterback. They also began the season seeing tight end Darren Waller retire. But they may have found a solid replacement in rookie Theo Johnson, who continues to see an uptick in usage. He saw five targets and caught them all for 54 yards Sunday. Heβs up to 29 receptions for 331 yards so far this season. For those looking for a good prospect, Johnson is a stash with some upside if youβre desperate at tight ends.
Stock Down: Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
About: Otton was on fire for a stretch for Tampa Bay. But with Mike Evans back in the fold and a trio of running backs contributing on offense, Otton has seen his production decline. He has just five receptions for 50 yards in the past two games. That has moved him from a must-start to a TE2, which could limit your options moving toward the playoffs.
