The 2025 season is upon us. Are you ready? Hopefully, you’re in for a winning campaign. But those of us who play Dynasty know it’s a 365-day-a-year endeavor. So, this is the time to make pickups and stashes that could pay off this season. Week 9 is in the books. Below are some players worth seeking out moving forward. All roster percentages courtesy of Sleeper.

Quarterbacks

Davis Mills, Houston Texans

Roster Percentage: 0
About
: This comes up because C.J. Stroud left with a concussion. Mills came in and played well. The former Third-Round pick has been with the Texans for years and has experience as a starter. Should Stroud miss a gameβ€”which has happened with those in the concussion protocolβ€”Mills would be a strong spot starter.

Tyler Shough, New Orleans Saints

Roster Percentage: 9
About
: Maybe you’re in a league where Shough is on a Practice Squad. But in some leagues, he was set free when Spencer Rattler won the job. I’m not saying I’m excited about starting him based on the past two weeks, but he is currently a starting quarterback in the NFL. You might not have better options.

Marcus Mariota, Washington Commanders

Roster Percentage: 10
About:
Just when you thought it was safe to put Mariota back on waivers, Jayden Daniels goes and dislocates his elbow. He might not be done for the season, but he’s done for a while. If you were counting on him, it might be time to grab Mariota.

Running Backs

Terrell Jennings, New England Patriots

Roster Percentage: 3
About
: With Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson on the roster, you’d think Jennings would be an afterthought. But that would mean you’re not Mike Vrabel and Josh McDaniels. With Stevenson ailing, Jennings got the rushing touchdown Sunday. Yes, Henderson had more carries. But Jennings is still worth a stash.

Devin Singletary, New York Giants

Roster Percentage: 28
About
: With Cam Skattebo lost for the year, it seemed like Tyrone Tracy would be the player in the Giants’ backfield you want. Turns out, Singletary was more productive. At a minimum, he should be rostered. But we’ve seen Singletary do it for Daboll before so that he might end up the better option.

Wide Receivers

Tory Horton, Seattle Seahawks

Roster Percentage: 14
About
: The rookie for the Seahawks continues to make his presence felt. He had two big touchdowns in Week 9. Will that happen every week? It’s unlikely. In fact, he might not have a big role week to week. But Cooper Kupp isn’t getting any younger, and Horton has chemistry with Sam Darnold. He should be rostered.

Parker Washington and Dyami Brown, Jacksonville Jaguars

Roster Percentage: 27; 5
About
: With Travis Hunter now on IR and out for some time, it’s time to look for other options. Brown was the free agent acquisition, while Washington is the home-grown option. Washington looked better in Week 9 and would be my preference. But, if you’re desperate, both are worth a roster spot.

Alec Pierce, Indianapolis Colts

Roster Percentage: 27
About:
Pierce is the deep threat for the Colts. That means he’s not always a great option; I’d prefer Michael Pittman, Jr., and Josh Downs, but Pierce is worth a roster spot. He’s a part of the Colts offense, and he’s the ultimate boom/bust deep league flex play.

Tight Ends

Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers

Roster Percentage: 1
About
: Musgrave isn’t the receiving weapon Tucker Kraft is, but with Kraft done for the year, he should see more targets and more snaps. He was once a Third-Round pick for the Packers and still can be an asset on offense. If Kraft was your tight end, Musgrave could be part of your contingency plan.

Charlie Kolar, Baltimore Ravens

Roster Percentage: 0
About
: Kolar has been chiefly the blocking guy in the tight end room. But no one loves to target tight ends more than the Ravens. Kolar has caught touchdowns in back-to-back weeks, and he’s played at least 40 percent of the snaps in each. It’s worth a stash.

Greg Dulcich, Miami Dolphins

Roster Percentage: 0
About
: As a Broncos fan, I’m tired of waiting on Dulcich. I also don’t know when you’d ever feel great playing him. But with Darren Waller on IR, the Dolphins need a pass-catching weapon at tight end. Dulcich had five receptions for 49 yards on Thursday night. He’s worth a deep league stash.
