The 2025 season is upon us. Are you ready? Hopefully, youβre in for a winning campaign. But those of us who play Dynasty know itβs a 365-day-a-year endeavor. So, this is the time to make pickups and stashes that could pay off this season. Week 14 is in the books. Below are some players worth seeking out moving forward. All roster percentages courtesy of Sleeper.
Quarterbacks

Riley Leonard, Indianapolis Colts
Roster Percentage: 24
About: Daniel Jones was lost for the seasonβmaybe two seasonsβwith an Achilles injury. Anthony Richardson is still on IR with no return date set. That leaves the Colts with few options. Leonard, formerly of Notre Dame, played in place of Jones on Sunday. I know he has a knee issue, and the team is looking at 44-year-old Philip Rivers, but he seems like the safest option on Sunday. He should be picked up.
Kenny Pickett, Las Vegas Raiders
Roster Percentage: 20
About: Geno Smith was knocked out of Sundayβs game. Then again, he hasnβt been playing all that well anyway. Pickett game in and got a quick 10 points for the Raiders. I wouldnβt be surprised to see him get the call in Week 15. Heβs worth a pickup if youβre hurting at quarterback.
Running Backs
Jaylen Wright, Miami Dolphins
Roster Percentage: 59
About: Wright was already heavily rostered by those in Dynasty hoping heβd get a shot. When DeβVon Achane was injured Sunday, he got that shot. He made the most of it with more than 100 yards on the ground, too. With Achane still ailing, it could be another heavy dose of Wright on Monday night as the Dolphins battle the Steelers. If heβs on waivers in your league, go pick him up.
Wide Receivers:
Ryan Flournoy, Dallas Cowboys
Roster Percentage: 21
About: Apparently, the Cowboys are also tired of waiting for Jalen Tolbert to break out. While he was a healthy scratch on Thursday night, Flournoy not only made the active lineup, but he also thrived. He was the player who made big plays once CeeDee Lamb was knocked out with a concussion. He’s shown some good skill and chemistry with Dak Prescott. He should be rostered.
Tight Ends

Ben Sinnott, Washington Commanders
Roster Percentage: 51
About: We havenβt gotten much of anything from Sinnott in his two seasons with the Commanders. But after a gruesome injury ended Zach Ertz’s seasonβand possibly his careerβthe Commanders have an opening at tight end. Does it mean an instant uptick in targets for Sinnott? Thatβs not a guarantee. But if not now, then when? If heβs on waivers, heβs a worthwhile stash for the remainder of the season.
Colby Parkinson, Los Angeles Rams
Roster Percentage: 35
About: On a team with a lot of weapons, it can be easy to dismiss the backup tight end. And yet, Parkinson keeps making his presence felt. Since taking over from Tyler Higbee, heβs been a part of the offense. He has a touchdown in four of the last five games. If your tight end production is lacking and you want a boost, heβs a good stash heading into the playoffs.
