Saturday’s college football action has a lot to live up to with how awesome last weekend was. I’m not so sure we have the firepower Saturday night to provide for some amazing finishes, but I do know there will be plenty of great fantasy performances to enjoy Saturday night. A few fun game stacks are certainly available to us this week in my core, tournament, and fades of the Saturday night slate on DraftKings…
Core Plays
We have ourselves two really great core plays for this Saturday night slate, Malik Cunningham ($7,400) and John Rhys Plumlee ($8,400). JRP is coming off a game where he scored seven times. Now he finds himself in a matchup against ECU where they’re projected to score 33 points. ECU just gave up 45 points to Memphis, so the upside is definitely here with JRP while having a really nice floor. Cunningham is of the same mold as JRP as a run-first quarterback that has incredible upside. He’s missed a few games due to injury but should be back against Pitt. He has double-digit carries in four of five games this season (nine in a blowout win over USF). His passing game is limited yet he’s still averaging over 30 fantasy points per game!
