We are finally into the meat of the college football season – Week Four. Conference matchups are in full swing, and we’re seeing fewer lopsided matchups, which makes playing DFS a bit more exciting. When playing College Football DFS, high-scoring lineups are the name of the game. Catching some positive correlation within your lineup with the right stack of players can catapult you to the top of the leaderboard. Here are four of my favorite stacking options for this Saturday on DraftKings.
Ole Miss (+7.0)
Jaxson Dart ($9,200) – Jordan Watkins ($6,500)
Rolling a stack against the Crimson Tide is always a treacherous proposition, but this Alabama defense hasn’t shown the same teeth as iterations that have come before them. Part of that is likely they aren’t playing with a lead as frequently, and that makes their job much more difficult.
Either way, I think Dart and Watkins make a great stack heading into this weekend. Last week, Dart showed just how capable of a dual-threat option he is, rushing for 136 yards and adding two touchdowns to the one he had through the air. Meanwhile, Watkins leads the Rebels with 23% of the team’s target share. He’s shown that he is the more consistent option in their passing attack and should be heavily leaned upon, assuming Zakhari Franklin and Tre Harris are still banged up.
Oregon (-21.0)
Bo Nix ($9,600) – Troy Franklin ($6,900) – Tez Johnson ($5,900)
Last week illuminated massive vulnerabilities in the Colorado defense. Specifically how to attack their pass defense with crossing routes and throws over the middle of the field. Bo Nix and this Ducks offense are talented enough that they don’t even need those kinds of blueprints to find their way to dominate a defense. However, now that the weakness is known, I don’t think there’s any putting the genie back into the lamp against Colorado.
