The 2024 season is upon us. Are you ready? Hopefully, youβre in for a winning campaign. But those of us who play Dynasty know itβs a 365-day-a-year endeavor. When weβre in season, itβs about patching roster holes and making pickups that can benefit you long-term.
Below are the players on your Waiver Wire that might be worth targeting. As we begin bye weeks, that will be even more crucial. All roster percentages are courtesy of the NFL.
Quarterbacks
Desmond Ridder, Las Vegas Raiders
Roster Percentage: 0

About: Ridder is on his third team in two years and probably wouldnβt be the Raidersβ first choice. But the Raiders have a quarterback issue with both Aidan OβConnell and Gardner Minshew now injured and unavailable. That leaves Ridder as the next man up on Friday as the Raiders battle the Chiefs. If youβre desperate, Ridder is about the only wire QB to grab.
Running Backs
Ameer Abdullah, Las Vegas Raiders
Roster Percentage: 9.6
About: Abdullah was the last man standing for the Raiders Sunday, and Alexander Mattison and Zamir White were out. Itβs a short week, and thereβs no guarantee that either will be available in Week 13. Abdullah didnβt tear it up on the ground, but he did catch some passes and a touchdown. He should be rostered.
Dylan Laube, Las Vegas Raiders
Roster Percentage: 0
About: Laube is a pickup for many of the same reasons as Abdullah. He hasnβt done much this season, but he had some nice kick returns against the Broncos. As the 2-9 Raiders start looking toward the future, Laube is a guy that should get some touches. Heβs a deep league stash.
Wide Receivers

Devaughn Vele, Denver Broncos
Roster Percentage: 0.5
About: Iβve mentioned Vele before, but he remains woefully under-rostered. As Bo Nix and the offense have gotten hot, Vele has developed into one of the rookie quarterbackβs favorite targets. That was true this week, as he caught eight passes for 60 yards. Vele should be rostered and is a deep league flex option.
KaVontae Turpin, Dallas Cowboys
Roster Percentage: 0.6
About: Turpin keeps producing big plays for the Cowboys. In back-to-back weeks, heβs had a big touchdown on offense and a big touchdown on Special Teams. The Cowboys need weapons, and Turpin is a big one. Heading into the Thanksgiving Day matchup with the Giants, heβs worth a deep league flier.
David Moore, Carolina Panthers
Roster Percentage: 0.1
About: The Panthers are getting better on offense as Bryce Young is growing as a passer. And with Diontae Johnson and Jonathan Mingo gone, there are openings at receiver. While weβd like to see Xavier Legette grow in his role, and Jalen Coker has been a nice story, thereβs still space for veterans to contribute. That was true of Moore last week, who led the team in passing yardage and grabbed a touchdown. Moore is worth a stash.
Tight Ends
Noah Gray, Kansas City Chiefs
Roster Percentage: 1.8
About: Gray has four touchdowns in the last two weeks, which canβt be ignored. Heβs a part of the offense and has been getting targets all season. He continues to grow in his role in the passing game and is worth a roster spot.
Austin Hooper, New England Patriots
Roster Percentage: 0
About: Hooper is part of the attack for the Patriots at tight end. While Hunter Henry seems to be the primary option for the position, his production has been up and down this season. Hooper, meanwhile, has been seeing targets and production as well. He has eight receptions and a touchdown in the past two weeks. Heβs worth a stash in deep leagues.
