The 2025 season is upon us. Are you ready? Hopefully, you’re in for a winning campaign. But those of us who play Dynasty know it’s a 365-day-a-year endeavor. So, this is the time to make pickups and stashes that could pay off this season. Week 12 is in the books. Below are some players worth seeking out moving forward. Quarterbacks
Teddy Bridgewater, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Roster Percentage: 0
About: Baker Mayfield has been great. If he can go, the Buccaneers will certainly do that. But can he go in Week 13? He left Sunday’s game and has a probable AC Joint Sprain. That could make his status for Week 13 dicey. Bridgewater is a solid veteran backup who should be picked up.
Running Backs
Jaleel McLaughlin, Denver Broncos
Roster Percentage: 4
About: A repeat from last week, but with the Broncos on bye in Week 12, maybe you waited for a pickup. With J.K. Dobbins done for the year, the Broncos need more running back help. R.J. Harvey is the lead back, but McLaughlin could have a role. He’s worth a stash.
Devin Neal, New Orleans Saints
Roster Percentage: 10
About: Neal has gotten increased usage with Kendre Miller done for the year. Now, Neal is making the most of his limited touches. None of the backs for the Saints—including Alvin Kamara—have been great of late. But Neal is getting enough volume to warrant more touches.
Wide Receivers
John Metchie III, New York Jets
Roster Percentage: 8
About: The Jets need production at wide receiver. Metchie has had three-plus receptions and a touchdown in each of the past two games. With Garrett Wilson out, Metchie is stepping up and making an impact. He’s worth a pickup.
Chimere Dike, Tennessee Titans
Roster Percentage: 24
About: With Calvin Ridley done for the year, the Titans need pass catchers. Dike not only has a role on offense, but he’s also been vital to the Titans’ Special Teams. He’s a great Flex option, and perhaps one of the best options for the Titans. He should be rostered.
DeVaughn Vele, New Orleans Saints
Roster Percentage: 3
About: Vele was acquired just before the start of the season, but hadn’t made a significant impact. But with Rashid Shaheed traded, that opened up targets. Vele is stepping into that. He had seven targets in Week 12. He’s seeing more volume, making him worth a pickup.
Tight Ends
Colby Parkinson, Los Angeles Rams
Roster Percentage: 2
About: With Tyler Higbee on IR, the Rams need help at tight end. In steps Colby Parkinson. He had a touchdown in Week 11 and caught four passes for another touchdown in Week 12. Parkinson has talent and a connection with Matthew Stafford. He’s worth a pickup.
Gunnar Helm, Tennessee Titans
Roster Percentage: 2
About: Helm, a rookie, has been slowly gaining targets and relevance. The Titans are a work-in-progress, and Helm is hardly a lock for volume. But as a young player on a young offense, he’s worth a pickup and stash moving forward.
