The NFL Season is here, but we’ve been in it all year long. As Dynasty players, the season never really ends. But keeping up with the fluctuations week-to-week can help you gain an advantage. That’s the point of the stock watchβ€”to process what we see on the field and apply it to players whose value is rising and whose value is taking a hit. Those fluctuations can help guide your management decisions as you shape your Dynasty roster for the long haul.

Week 11 is in the books; let’s look at what we learned. We’ll look at one player at QB, RB, WR, and TE whose value improved and one whose value took a hit. Let’s dive in.

Quarterbacks

Stock Up: Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis Colts

About: Three weeks ago, things looked grim for Richardson. He was benched in favor of Joe Flacco, with his second professional season slipping away. After two poor weeks from Flacco and the Colts, Richardson was inserted back as the team’s starter for the rest of the season. He took advantage Sunday, throwing a touchdown pass to Josh Downs and rushing for two more as the Colts earned the 28-27 win over the New York Jets. Richardson looked better as a passer and kept his team in the playoff race, a promising sign moving forward.

Stock Down: Mac Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars

About: Jones was once a First-Round draft pick. But after three uneven seasons in New England, he was traded to the Jaguars to back up Trevor Lawrence. With Lawrence ailing, Jones has had a chance to showcase his growth and skills in the final year of his rookie contract. It hasn’t gone well. Jones couldn’t do anything against the Vikings in Week 9, scoring just seven points at home. In Week 10, he was dominated by the Lions in a lopsided 52-6 loss. Jones may get another start following the Jaguars’ bye if Lawrence hasn’t improved, but it’s doubtful he will be a free-agent target this off-season. He’s droppable in Dynasty if you were holding out hope.

Running Backs

Stock Up: Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles

About: Saquon to the Eagles has, possibly, been the best free-agent move of the year. He’s been great for the Eagles, and the Eagles have been great for him. He’s got 1,137 rushing yards and ten total touchdowns through 10 games. He is not only a top option in fantasy but also an MVP candidate. He’s a must-start and has been one of the most impactful players on the field and in your lineups this season.

Stock Down: Raheem Mostert, Miami Dolphins

About: Mostert was a huge part of a robust Dolphins’ offense in 2023. It’s been a different story in 2024, especially of late. He’s ceded carries to Jaylen Wright as the backup to De’Von Achane, and on Sunday, he didn’t even get targets. Mostert had just three carries for -2 yards. He’s little more than a handcuff at this point, with little long-term value on an expiring contract. It’s time to look for other options.

Wide Receivers

Stock Up: Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts

About: The pass offense has been up-and-down at times for the Colts, but Downs has been a steady contributor and a bright spot no matter who is playing quarterback. He has 50 receptions for 567 yards and four touchdowns. He’s become a weekly start in fantasy and a bright spot in an often unpredictable Colts’ offense.

Stock Down: Gabe Davis, Jacksonville Jaguars

About: The Jaguars are a team desperate for offense. One of the team’s biggest off-season acquisitions was Davis, who signed a multi-year deal coming over from the Buffalo Bills. And yet, he’s been a relative non-factor, even with Christian Kirk on IR. On Sunday, Davis caught just one reception for three yards on three targets. He has just 20 receptions for less than 250 yards for the season. That’s simply not good enough for the Jaguars or to justify a place in fantasy lineups.

Tight Ends

Stock Up: Jonnu Smith, Miami Dolphins

About: The Dolphins have found something with Smith at tight end. While the team has strong receivers in Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill, Smith has seemingly been the missing piece for the Dolphins’ offense. We saw that again Sunday as Smith caught six passes for 101 yards and two touchdowns. He’s become a weekly starting option and a boon to those who waited on the tight end.

Stock Down: Chig Okonkwo, Tennessee Titans

About: Okonkwo has been a trendy streaming tight end the past two seasons, but he’s been lost in a dysfunctional Titans’ offense in 2024. Through 10 games he has just 23 receptions for 192 yards and a touchdown. That’s not good enough to be in your lineup and it’s not even good enough to justify a roster spot in an offense that will likely see a lot of changes this off-season.
