The NFL Season is here, but weβve been in it all year long. As Dynasty players, the season never really ends. But keeping up with the fluctuations week-to-week can help provide you with an advantage. Thatβs the point of the stock watchβto process what we see on the field and apply it to players whose value is rising and whose value is taking a hit. Those fluctuations can help guide your management decisions as you shape your Dynasty roster for the long haul. Week 2 of the season is in the books. Letβs look at what we learned. Weβll look at one player at QB, RB, WR, and TE whose value improved, and one whose value took a hit. Letβs dive in.
Quarterbacks
Stock Up: Russell Wilson, New York Giants

About: Many have wondered when the Giants would turn to rookie Jaxson Dart. Wilsonβs Week 1 performance did little to make those questions disappear. But Brian Daboll stuck with Wilson, and his patience was rewarded in Week 2. The Giants lost 40-37, but you canβt blame Wilson. He threw for 450 yards and three touchdowns. He had big connections with Malik Nabers and WanβDale Robinson, and it looks like heβs got the offense going. Thatβs great for those holding him as a Superflex rotational option. It could be a great time to sell if youβre in rebuilding mode.
Stock Down: Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears
About: The No. 1 overall pick didnβt look spectacular in his rookie year. But with all the turmoil in Chicago, it felt like his best days were yet to come. In two games under new Head Coach Ben Johnson, it doesnβt look like Williams is ready to take a leap. He missed big passes as the Vikings came from behind on Monday night, and he got pummeled by the Lions in Week 2. If you took Williams, hoping for an anchor on your fantasy team, it might be time to make backup plans.
Running Backs
Stock Up: Javonte Williams, Dallas Cowboys

About: Williams was a highly touted rookie taken by the Denver Broncos four years ago. He had a great rookie season but never returned to that level, falling out of favor with Sean Payton. But his move to Dallas has ignited something. Williams ran tough and added two touchdowns against the Eagles, then rushed for 97 yards and a touchdown in Week 2. He looks like an excellent fit for the Cowboys and a great option for your fantasy lineup.
Stock Down: Austin Ekeler, Washington Commanders
About: This isnβt about kicking a guy when heβs down; itβs about being realistic. Ekeler tore his Achilles tendon. Heβs out for the year. Heβs also a 30-year-old running back who has lost a step. This could be near career-ending, especially for an older running back. Iβm not cutting him yet in Dynasty, but itβs time to make some other plans.
Wide Receivers

Stock Up: WanβDale Robinson, New York Giants
About: Robinson established himself as a PPR machine in 2024, despite a bad Giantsβ offense around him. He was consistently a flex option. In 2025, heβs stepped it up. Through two weeks, 14 receptions for 197 yards and a touchdown. In Week 2, he showed his downfield ability as well. All that makes Robinson an excellent option for fantasy lineups once again.
Stock Down: Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers
About: Another player with an injury. Reed came into the season with a broken foot. Now, heβs added a broken collarbone. Reed, like fellow receiver Christian Watson, has struggled to stay healthy. That makes him a rough bet in fantasy, especially on a team with plenty of passing game options. Itβs not a great time to move Reed, but once heβs back and has a good game, Iβd be looking to get out of the Reed business.
Tight Ends

Stock Up: Jake Tonges, San Francisco 49ers
About: Tonges isnβt someone I had heard of before Week 1. Thatβs probably the case for you, too. But Tonges got his chance when George Kittle was injured, and heβs made the most of it. He caught the game-winning touchdown and added four receptions in a win on Sunday. He should be rostered, especially with Kittle on IR.
Stock Down: Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens
About: The Ravens have scored 81 points in two games. During that stretch, Lamar Jackson has six passing touchdowns. Andrews, once a focal point of the passing game, has two receptions for seven yards. And this is with Isaiah Likely out of the lineup. Now is the time to move Andrews, who no longer looks like a stable start at tight end.
