The NFL Season is here, but weβve been in it all year long. As Dynasty players, the season never really ends. But keeping up with the fluctuations week-to-week can help you gain an advantage. Thatβs the point of the stock watchβto process what we see on the field and apply it to players whose value is rising and whose value is taking a hit. Those fluctuations can help guide your management decisions as you shape your Dynasty roster for the long haul.
Week 8 is in the books; letβs look at what we learned. Weβll look at one player at QB, RB, WR, and TE whose value improved and one whose value took a hit. Letβs dive in.
Quarterbacks
Stock Up: Bo Nix, Denver Broncos

About: Donβt look now, but the Broncos might have themselves a quarterback. Nixβs first few starts werenβt great. But the Broncos have won five of their last six games, sitting at 5-3. Over those six games, heβs produced 11 touchdowns and only one interception. All those are positive signs for Sean Payton, Nix, the Broncos, and fantasy managers. His stock is on the rise.
Stock Down: Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis Colts
About: Itβs not a great look when your franchise quarterback gets tired and asks for a play off with the game on the line. The Colts are 4-4 this season, but in six games Richardson has started, he only has one game with 13 or more points. There were always going to be growing pains, but Richardson is falling further behind as a passer, and his natural athletic talent isnβt enough to reach his fantasy upside. Heβs only barely startable in Superflex, in fact heβs probably closer to a QB3.
Running Backs
Stock Up: Tank Bigsby, Jacksonville Jaguars

About: Bigsby has been picking up his game in the backfield for the Jaguars. Over the past four weeks, heβs RB8. Heβs shown a propensity to run for the hard yards and figures to remain a fixture in the backfield rotation even when Travis Etienne is active. It took into his second year, but heβs finally blossoming into the back you hoped for when he was drafted.
Stock Down: Blake Corum, Los Angeles Rams
About: Yes, Corum is getting a few touches now. But itβs just a few, and itβs not producing much. Hopes that he would take a meaningful role in the backfield as a rookie look misplaced. Corum has talent, and itβs worth riding out this rookie season, but donβt expect to throw him in a lineup any time soon.
Wide Receivers
Stock Up: Cedric Tillman, Cleveland Browns

About: With Amari Cooper now in Buffalo, Tillman is getting his shot. The past two weeks, heβs made it count. He had eight receptions for 81 yards in Week 7 and seven for 99 yards and two touchdowns Sunday. Tillman is on fire, and it doesnβt look to end any time soon. He should be one of the top waiver adds.
Stock Down: Davante Adams, New York Jets
About: We waited a long time for Adams to move, and when he did, it was to Aaron Rodgers and the Jets. It seemed an ideal matchβon paper. But the game isnβt played on paper. Despite 15 targets, he has just seven receptions for 84 yards in two games. Thatβs hardly the performance expected. Now, the woeful 2-6 Jets host the Texans on a short week. Itβs not looking good.
Tight Ends
Stock Up: Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons

About: All it took was four years and the arrival of Kirk Cousins, but weβre finally seeing the Pitts we all expected when he was drafted. Heβs got 29 receptions for 419 yards and three touchdowns. Thatβs more receptions and yardage than he had in all of 2022 and ties a career-high in touchdowns. Itβs only been eight weeks. Those who have kept their faith can finally breathe easily.
Stock Up: Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
About: No one benefitted more from the injuries to Mike Evans and Chris Godwin than Otton. Heβs become the go-to man for Baker Mayfield, totaling 17 receptions for 181 yards and two touchdowns in the past two games. With the Buccaneers thin at receiver, itβs time to fire up Otton.
