On Wednesday’s edition of Dawg Nation Daily, host Brandon Adams speculated that true freshman running back Nate Frazier would be headed for a contributing role for the Bulldogs in Frazier’s first season. Adams, citing reports of Frazier’s play in this weekend’s scrimmage said “there’s an explosiveness with Frazier that cannot be denied.”

Adams went on to play comments by coach Kirby Smart, “he’s certainly a guy who’s trying to understand,” said Smart, referring to Frazier attempting to learn keys in Georgia’s blocking scheme.

Including Frazier, the Bulldogs should have a wealth of running back options in 2024. Major contributions are expected from Florida transfer Trevor Etienne and sophomores Roderick Robinson and Branson Robinson who is returning from injury.
