Notre Dame Football tweeted that CJ Carr will be their starting quarterback today from their official account.
Carr was locked in a battle this offseason with Kenny Minchey, but appears to have won the job. Notre Dame opens the season with tough games against Miami (FL) and Texas A&M. Carr should be rostered but not considered a fantasy starter until we see some strong performances.
