Oregon State’s depth chart was released today and a surprising name was atop the running back depth chart: RB Jam Griffin. Griffin had a strong camp but was reportedly behind Anthony Hankerson. His status at the top might not be secure, but it is noteworthy. Hankerson has been absent from practice for the last week.
The Beavers lost significant production after Jonathan Smith’s departure to Michigan State. The returning group will fight for fantasy production, but they could be competitive in a new Mountain West schedule.
