The 2025 NFL Season is here, and with it comes some lineup questions. Which moves should you make to maximize your points? Let this weekly post be your guide as I offer one start and one sit suggestion at QB, RB, WR, and TE. These suggestions are based on my rankings compared to the consensus each week. And because we want to measure our success, check back each week for a recap on how I did.

For this project, a start is a player I think will finish in the Top 12 at QB or TE and the Top 24 at RB or WR. A sit is a player I think will finish outside those metrics. Before we dive into this week’s suggestions, let’s review how we did last week. All scoring is courtesy of Fantasy Pros.

Before we look forward, it’s time to look back at Week 14.

Week 14 Starts:
QB: Daniel Jones, QB30 Miss
. He was injured and sadly lost for the year.
RB: Derrick Henry, RB22 Hit. He just made it and continues to produce.
WR: A.J. Brown, WR17 Hit. A strong week despite the Eagles’ loss.
TE: Mark Andrews, TE46 Miss. He wasn’t a factor.
Start Record: 2-2

Week 14 Sits:
QB: Caleb Williams, QB16 Hit
. Williams didn’t post Top 12 numbers.
RB: Tony Pollard, RB2 Miss. Pollard simply exploded against the Browns’ defense.
WR: D.J. Moore, WR99 Hit. One catch for -4 yards ain’t it.
TE: Oronde Gadsen II, TE51 Hit. Gadsen isn’t getting volume.
Sit Record: 3-1

Now, on to the Week 15 picks!

Quarterbacks

Start: Jaxson Dart, New York Giants
About
: Dart has been a wonder since taking over for the Giants. He hasn’t always won games, but he’s been a lot of fun to watch. He’s QB10 on a points per game basis since taking over in Week 4. This week, he faces a Commanders team that just got shredded by J.J. McCarthy. Both teams are out of the running, but the Giants should make this fun. I’m all in on Dart this week.

Sit: Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers
About
: Love is QB13 on the season, but he’s been hot the past two weeks. He put up good performances against the Lions and Bears as he tries to lead the Packers toward the playoffs. This week, he faces the Broncos in Denver. This defense has been stout, particularly against the pass. I expect them to hold Love out of QB1 numbers again this week.

Running Backs

Start: Woody Marks, Houston Texans
About
: Marks has been picking up the pace as the lead option in the Texans’ backfield. During a five-game winning streak, he’s RB30. While that’s not incredible, we saw him get killer volume and produce against the Chiefs on Sunday night. Now, with the Texans chasing a playoff spot, he’s home against the Cardinals. You can run against the Cardinals. I like Marks this week.

Sit: Rico Dowdle, Carolina Panthers
About
: Dowdle exploded mid-season and ran so well that he usurped the job of starter Chuba Hubbard. In recent weeks, he’s cooled a bit. And the Panthers have gone back to a more split approach with Hubbard and Dowdle. That caps the upside of both players. Coming off a bye, the Panthers have talked about a bigger role for Hubbard. That, combined with a road match against a decent Saints’ defense, gives me pause. Dowdle is a flex option, but I’m not expecting Top 24 production.

Wide Receivers

Start: Tet McMillan, Carolina Panthers
About
: The Panthers have had a surprising season. The team enters Week 15 at 7-6 and is competing for a playoff spot. They’ve done it thanks to an improving offense, which is especially true of McMillan. The rookie is having a solid season, sitting as WR13 through Week 14. He’s been an excellent option for the Panthers and a solid option in your fantasy lineup. That continues in Week 15. He’s a start for me.

Sit: Rome Odunze, Chicago Bears
About
: Odunze starts hot for the Bears. After four weeks, as the team hit its bye, he was WR3 on the season. But that hot start hasn’t translated into a good season overall. Since that bye week, Odunze is WR48, with just two games of 10 or more points. That’s not great. When playing in the fantasy playoffs, you need reliable starts. Odunze isn’t that right now. He’s a sit.

Tight Ends

Start: George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers
About
: The receiver position has been a mystery for the 49ers. We’ve seen a mixture of players in the lineup, some popping off for a few weeks and disappearing. The one constant in the 49ers’ pass offense has been Kittle. He’s TE4 on a points per game basis and continues to thrive in this pass offense. When he plays, he should be in your lineup.

Sit: Darren Waller, Miami Dolphins
About
: Waller has had some good games for the Dolphins. And with Tyreek Hill out, they certainly need passing game options. But since returning, Waller is sharing targets with Greg Dulcich at tight end. Combine that with the fact that the Dolphins have transitioned to a run-heavy offense, and there aren’t consistent target opportunities. That’s a problem for fantasy. Waller isn’t a Top 12 option this week.
