Many are saying this series should just be discontinued. After a laughable start to the season, I am a broken bettor, but the show must go on. New this week are screenshots from our College Team Tool to show that yes, I really do some research despite the results.
Cal +4 @ Washington State
This game is why we love college football. Two fairly random, out-of-nowhere teams having great starts. With both programs sitting at 3-1, a win this week would likely set one squad on the path to a memorable season. After a crushing late-game collapse against Oregon, Washington State gets a Cal team hoping to pad their win total before a brutal stretch against Washington, Oregon, and USC that starts in late October.
