Kevin Jennings, QB, SMU
Current QB Rank : 34
Kevin Jennings is one of the better P4 CFF values entering the season, he has already produced at a top 25 season but is currently being ranked outside the top 30 at the position. In 2025, Jennings threw for 3,641 yards and 26 TD’s while completing 66.1% of his passes, adding four on the ground.
Playing in Rhett Lashlee’s aggressive SMU offense, which consistently creates high volume passing opportunities and scoring upside. While the lack of rushing production and his 13 INT’s are concerning, Jennings has mobility, passing volume, efficiency, and offensive environment to outperform his ranking. With over 70% of his games with min 22-point performances and 25.00 PPG
Gunner Stockton, QB, Georgia
Current QB Rank : 47
Gunner Stockton is one of the biggest values in P4 CFF leagues, offering the profile of a quarterback who already finished as a top 20 fantasy QB in 2025 while currently being ranked outside the top 45 at the position. In 2025, Stockton totaled 2,889 passing yards, 24 passing touchdowns, only five interceptions, and added 462 rushing yards with 10 rushing touchdowns for 34 total scores while completing 70% of his passes.

His fantasy ceiling comes from the combination of elite efficiency, rushing production, and playing in one of the nation’s most talented offenses. While Georgia’s traditional offensive approach can limit extreme passing volume compared to tempo-heavy systems, Stockton’s ability to contribute as a runner gives him a valuable CFF floor. He averaged 27.5 PPG with 7 of his 11 games over 22.2 points.
Rocco Becht, QB, Penn State
Current QB Rank : 55
Rocco Becht is currently going outside the top 50 despite having legitimate top 10 QB upside. Becht has already proven he can produce at the P4 level, finishing as a top-10 fantasy quarterback in 2024 while throwing for 3,505 yards and 25 touchdowns before adding another 2,584 passing yards, 16 touchdowns, and 8 rushing touchdowns in 2025.

While he is now moving from the Big 12 to the Big Ten, the transition could create more fantasy value with Matt Campbell bringing his system to Penn State and giving Becht an offense with scheme familiarity . The biggest question mark is the lack of proven wide receivers around him. With his experience, efficiency, rushing upside, and history of top10 QB production, Becht is has good redraft value who has a realistic path to outperforming his ranking.
Colton Joseph, QB, Wisconsin
Current QB Rank : 65
Colton Joseph is one of the more intriguing CFF quarterback options after finishing as a top-5 fantasy QB in 2025 while playing at Old Dominion before moving up in competition to Wisconsin. Joseph posted 2,624 passing yards, 21 passing touchdowns, 1,010 rushing yards, and 13 rushing touchdowns, showcasing the elite rushing upside that can separate quarterbacks in fantasy formats.

The biggest question is how his production translates against P4 competition, but the rushing ability gives him a strong fantasy floor and Wisconsin could lean on his legs while he continues developing as a passer. Currently outside the top 60 quarterbacks, Joseph is a high upside target who could outperform his ranking if his rushing production carries over to the Big Ten.
Kenny Minchey, QB, Kentucky
Current QB Rank : 79
Kenny Minchey is a wild card CFF QB after transferring from Notre Dame to Kentucky, offering a wide range of outcomes with legitimate upside. Despite limited career production completing 23 of 29 passes for 212 yards while adding 96 rushing yards and two touchdowns—he flashed efficiency, mobility, and playmaking ability in limited action.

A former highly recruited prospect, Minchey was in a legitimate battle for Notre Dame’s starting job before C.J. Carr ultimately secured the role, making a fresh start at Kentucky. He also benefits from working under Will Stein, whose quarterback friendly, tempo based system has consistently produced efficient quarterback play while maximizing dual threat ability. His athleticism, accuracy, and ability to create outside of structure give him QB2/QB3 upside with room for more if the offense takes a significant step forward.
