With only two games on the slate this Friday night, it may seem like there may not be much to be excited about, but I beg to differ. In each game, you have a team trying to stay undefeated, going up against an opponent trying to find their way. As week 3 of the college football season gets underway, things are heating up.

UCF (-6.5) @ LOU (O/U 66.5)

UCF

After a slow start in Week 1 at home against Boise St., QB Dillon Gabriel ($8600) still managed to pass for 300+ yards and added four TDs. You’re going to have to stack players from a specific team due to the number of games being played this Friday, and why not do it with UCF?!

RB Isaiah Bowser ($5900) has not disappointed in the first two games this season, putting up 30+ DraftKings points in each contest. I look for him to have similar if not, better numbers as the Louisville Cardinals don’t have the players on defense to stop this potent offense. On the outside, take your pick in WR Jaylon Robinson ($8100) or WR Ryan O’Keefe ($6300). They will get plenty of looks from Gabriel and they will air it out, there’s no doubt!

Louisville

The Cardinals managed to get their first win last week against Eastern Kentucky and come into this game hungry for another. QB Malik Cunningham ($7600) could be a sneaky pick on this slate, considering UCF’s run defense has been stout in this young season. It may be a case where they rely on his arm, ability to escape the pocket, and create on his feet. I’m not a fan of any skill positioned players on this team.

WR Jaylon Robinson ($8100) – UCF

Maryland (-7.5) @ Illinios (O/U 62)

Maryland

For the first time this season, Maryland goes on the road, looking to stay undefeated against a struggling Fightin Illini team. Illinois has lost two in a row after an impressive win in Week 0 against Nebraska. If you’re looking for production, then you have to roster QB Taulia Tagovailoa ($8000)…you just have to!

He’s been able to find WR Dontay Demus Jr. ($7200) plenty this season for over 125 yards in each contest. Opposing receivers have had success against Illinois this season, and this Friday won’t be any different. RB Tayon Fleet Davis ($5300) will thrive this Friday as well. This game may get ugly quickly, which is why a Maryland stack is a good move.

Illinois

RB Chase Brown ($4500) is an expensive option for this offense. Illinois may want to run often to avoid/stop the bleeding from happening.
