Season record 2-16

My steady decline continued last week, but the show must go on. I’m definitely feeling gunshy these days, but most of the time, the process has been sound. Last week, however, I can admit I just had some bad reads on teams and their trajectories. Kent St and Duke betrayed my trust and really did not look like the programs I thought they were becoming. Be sure to check the discord as all my plays are posted there, and on the season, things are looking much better. New this week are screenshots from our College Team Tool to show that yes, I really do some research despite the results.Β

Washington St +3.5 @ Oregon St

I have not had a good read on Wazzu so far. I faded them against Cal and lost, backed them against USC, and lost again. However, there is an interesting trend emerging with this team. Wazzu is 3-1 straight up and 4-0 ATS against FBS teams that can’t get to the quarterback. Colorado St, Wisconsin, Oregon, and Cal are all in the bottom half of the FBS in team sack percentage. I don’t know what happened against FCS Idaho, but that was the first game with a new staff and QB, so we’ll let it slide now that we have more information.
