Almost halfway through the season, and what a season it has been. Some teams are exactly who we thought they were, while others have underperformed immensely. Another week of some good games to take advantage of and continue to build that bankroll.

MSU (-4.5) @ IND (O/U 56.5)

These two teams have gone in opposite directions from last year. Indiana looked unstoppable at times, while Michigan State couldn’t have looked any worse. What a difference a season makes. The Spartans come in undefeated and at the top of the Big Ten, while the Hoosiers struggle to stay relevant. QB Payton Thorne and RB Kenneth Walker III are putting up impressive numbers week in and week out.

MSU -4.5

TCU @ OKL (-13.5) (O/U 63.5)

It’s Caleb Williams season down in Norman, OK. After starting the seasons as the second-string quarterback behind Heisman favorite Spencer Rattler, Williams pulled the Sooners out of a big hole in the Red River Rivalry game. He led a sensational comeback to win the game and remain undefeated. TCU is sitting at 3-2, and even though their record isn’t as impressive as Oklahoma, they still manage to put up a lot of points against their opponents. I expect this to be a classic Big 12 shootout as both these teams are ranked in the top 20 for points scored this season.

ARZ ST. @ UTAH (PK) (O/U 50.5)

Arizona State has looked unstoppable the last three weeks. Head Coach Herm Edwards and the rest of the coaching staff has this team focused from the opening kickoff. They’ve been able to handle the teams in the Pac-12 this season comfortably. They face a stiff test this week going up against a Utah team that has won two straight games in convincing fashion. I have to take the better team in this matchup as the oddsmakers have this matchup as a pick’em.
